Sweet Baby Lincoln {Beaverton Baby Photographer}

I've been badgering my sister for weeks to let me take pictures of my adorable nephew. He's the third child (as am I) and I figure he deserves something special that no one else has. That would be lots of pictures! A boy will appreciate that, right?

He is just the sweetest, most mellow baby. My sister brought him to my house and we just whipped through this mini session in about 15 minutes. He was a doll the whole time. He kind of makes me want another one of my own. Kind of.

Mr. K and I have quite a history. This was our 4th session together (check him out here, here and here) and I think he had a lot of fun. He has certainly turned into quite the fast mover and his mom, dad and I had a big job chasing him around and keeping him out of mud! He loved seeing ducks, dogs and water a lot more than he loved seeing my camera. He is really one of the happiest little boys. I've never once seen him do so much as whimper in all the sessions we've had.

Senior Model Megan {Portland Senior Photographer}

This past Friday was really the most gorgeous day in months. I'm not sure how Megan and I got so lucky but it was so much fun to be outdoors for a change!

As a senior model, Megan started her shoot by getting her hair done at the amazing Magnum Opus. Once every hair was in place we hiked on up to Blush Beauty Bar where Megan got the perfect makeover. Doesn't she look fabulous?

Megan will be a senior next year so we headed out for her first session downtown and on the waterfront (all senior models get 2 full sessions- one now and another this summer or fall).

I chose Megan to be a senior model because she is a great girl all around. She is involved in her school (she plays basketball and does link crew). She is also involved in Young Life and does tons of volunteering.

Megan is a beautiful girl both inside and out. I had so much fun with her and can't wait for our next session this summer. If you know Megan be sure to find her and ask about her senior pictures.

Oh Boy {Tigard Newborn Photographer}

The thing I love most about newborn sessions is the love on the faces of new parents. They may be spending hours with a screaming newborn, not getting any sleep and entertaining countless guests, but new parents always seem bright eyed and so incredibly happy.

These two new parents were definitely no exception. This little boy is so lucky to have such loving parents. Look at their expressions! Such pure love for that little boy. He was hard not to love and I enjoyed every second with him! Is his hair not the cutest?

1 {Lake Oswego Children's Photographer}

Not only was little T celebrating his first birthday at our session (back in January- yes I'm horrible) but I was celebrating my first year of business. T was my first real client and newborn back in 2010. It's crazy to see how much he has grown over the year. He's kind of like a little visual reminder of how much I've grown as well. I was lucky enough to get to photograph him 3 times this past year and I'm pretty sure he got more adorable each time! Happy (belated) Birthday! Thanks for being such a champ when it was freezing (seriously)!
